Well, I'm glad I don't have to vote for Kerry...
since I live in Texas, my vote doesn't matter. I never thought I'd be glad about that.

I wouldn't bet yet that your vote won't count. This could be a tighter race than expected (it already HAS been once).

Or is TX doing something different this year?

5. It's March 9th this year
We should have a nominee on Super Tuesday.

However, I was referring to the general election.

Well, I don't agree that we'll have a nominee so quickly (edit - sorry, I was thinking SC was the "super Tue" - I bet we will know by the time CA etc go), but I see that your vote won't do us much good nationally.

Now, If you live in one of those new districts that our incumbents are running it.....

It sucks that we go so late. You'd think a state with a ton of electoral votes would have a bigger say in who the nomineee should be.
