Edited on Tue Dec-23-03 04:13 PM by wanderingbear
They are just to far right for any real democrat to defect to..So you can throw out the idea that any canidate is unelectable. No the Democrats problem this year from the Far Left If the domocrats nominate the wrong person they will loose vote to the 3rd party.

1. Very true, it will be a choice between pure evil, and possibly
someone you might be able to live with. So, would you rather be right, or would you rather win?

5. excellent philosophy
with that line of thinking you could vote every 4 years for one of your pets and never be wrong! Of course, it would mean that you'd have a fascist government but at least you were right!

2. Our biggest concern
Not defection to Republican Party but believing the media about the hopelessness and not voting at all.

Getting out the vote is most important.

7. The wrong candidate will decrease defections from the
Republican party and others who voted for Bush in 2004 for they will consider Bush the lesser of two evils.
