1. Unfortunately, the story doesn't have cute little drawings
... on hard-backed pressboard pages.

That's the only kinda stuff Georgie can read and understand.

5. Our Dems need to post these polls on their walls, or carry them around...
in their pockets or purses. Our pols are behind our people on this.

7. I posted many of these on another board
with a majority of freepers. Their responses were hilarious!

They don't trust the polls. You know, they are biased :)

One said 'well they didn't ask me so this is not valid'

Another said they weren't scientific since they were online polls. So I found a telephone poll that WAS scientific, posted that and BINGO - no response. :eyes:

Another said he didn't trust Moveon so he ignored their poll. I asked 'What Moveon poll? I didn't post a Moveon poll' Again, no response. :woohoo:

And another one said 'well anyone can vote in an online poll so this is slanted. Minor fringe groups swing these online polls'. I pointed out that the MSNBC poll had nearly 70,000 responses and how much time did he think a minor fringe group would have to spend to record that many responses. :)

Man they are so dumb. I think that koolaid actually lowers their IQs.

11. You did good! Now go back and ask them what they're
doing there instead of running to the nearest NG-recruiting office to enlist for THEIR war.

Yeah... Tell them their ENLISTMENT FORMS R BADLY needed, these days...

P.S.: Don't forget to copy their replies here! (IF any replies at all...)

12. Okay, done and here is what they said
To hell with trying to get more people to sign up, why don't you get your side to stop giving up, and acquiescing to our enemy? We have democrat house representatives and senators raising the white flag over seas and attacking at home, and your gibes are pointed at us? What are your intentions?

My response:
My intentions are to see this war ended. I have written my representatives and promised them I would NOT vote for their re-election unless they supported ending this insane war. I go to local anti-war protests. I have signed literally dozens of petitions. And I joined Cindy Sheehan in Texas for her protest. I HAVE put my money where my mouth is.

And I am inviting all who support this war to do more than put a magnetic ribbon on the back of their car and type pro-war thoughts on the internet. If you feel so strongly that this war is just, sign up. Or buy some body armor for our troops. Put together care packages for them. If you all support this war, do something pro-active to show your support. I dare you.

THAT lead to an attack on me for supporting Cindy. And that is a whole nuther topic. LOL

9. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Very nice summary. Even CM turns on him.
The CM polls tend to go a little lighter in the * gang so this is really something.

He'll reach a point where he simply can't govern. His last political foray was to come to Norfolk, VA to support the reprehensible Republican ticket in our general election. The net result--the entirety of Tidewater (Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth and the supposedly Republican Virginia Beach) went for the winner, Tim Kaine, D. Now he's campaigning exclusively at military bases. Notice how we never got a percentage vote for Bush-Kerry from the troops overseas or in Iraq specifically. I suspect he's screwed there too. The final act of this will be very ugly but at least we can anticipate a final act.

He really toast, though, and here's the significant number:

He is honest and trustworthy
Yes: 40% | No: 58%

OOPS, the masses have seen the light.

AMF * and company.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
