Can Bush now formally be charged with some form of homicide?

Question for lawyers: With videotape proof of his deliberate negligence and lying in regard to not doing a @@@#$# thing to act on the impending ravages of Hurricane Katrina, can Bush now be arrested and charged with negligent homicide, voluntary manslaughter two, or even murder two?

I'm not a lawyer in terms of naming the charges, but like everyone else I've watched a gazillion enough re-runs of Law & Order to have those terms leap to mind.

Of course, this is ultimately a rhetorical question, given the hyenas in power now in Congress, however, let's say this was not Bush, but a regular citizen caught on tape in Bush's place. What could this person be charged with in connection to the events of Hurricane Katrina?

If this were anyone but Bush, say, anyone else at all, what would the indictment read in regard to crimes committed against Katrina victims.

3. W was totally negligent in his duties plus he lied on camera

to the American people about his knowledge of affects on the levees. Clinton was persecuted for lying about sex.

I imagine Gonzales won't find grounds to charge him. They are good ole Texas buds.

6. Nursing home staff are being charged with manslaughter

for helping the old that wouldn't make it pass with morphine, rather than them suffer the lingering death they would have. It's a tragedy they were put in that position, but that's what Bush's inaction did.

These people are being charged, why on earth shouldn't Bush? Isn't the Head Guy ultimately responsible?

10. I totally agree, but then realize it would take the spin machine --

-- of Bushco three seconds to completely destroy in the national media whatever brave family would step forward. It would be like being brutalized twice, once in Katrina, and then again in the media.

It's not a word I use often, but Bush and his minions are truly demonic.
