1. Just wanted to say this:
The polls show that Joemementum is losting a LOT of steam, and by the time the primaries roll around, the VOTERS of CT (not those endorsements) will choose the person to run for the US Senator for the Democratic Party of Connecticut.

Approval steadily declining, while disapproval steadily increases as Joe the Puke continues to kiss Chimp's ass.

2. You mean THIS poll?
"U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman gets a 63 - 25 percent approval, unchanged from January 11. By a 63 - 26 percent margin, including 69 percent of Republicans, Connecticut voters say Sen. Lieberman deserves to be reelected.
Lieberman would defeat former Gov. Lowell Weicker 62 - 21 percent.
In a possible Democratic primary, the incumbent beats businessman Ned Lamont 68 - 13 percent. "

Not you, nor me, and certainly not Harry Reid or Chuck Schumer.

And he is their Senator.

8. There are plenty of other sites for posting your fiction
Of course, if you were paying attention in 2000, you'd already know that Lieberman was the most popular Democratic politician in Connecticut at the time he was selected by Gore to be his running mate, having already been reelected once by a record margin in 1994.

I don't know why it is that DU'ers are chronically unable to grasp the fact that the voters of Connecticut are not infected with the visceral hatred of Lieberman that afflicts this left-wing on-line community.

9. I'd like to see his approval ratings before Sep 2000.
I don't doubt they were high, but that 80%, I'm willing to bet, is a bump thanks to Al Gore and Joe is going to benefit from that for the rest of his life.

I think you've misread my post. I don't hate Joe the way some people here do. It's true that, after reading Arthur Levitt's book on his time as head of the SEC that I don't like Joe's pro-corporateness (which certainly has earned him friends in CT). But I do appreciate that the alternative to Joe is a Republican, and I wouldn't want that.
