Bernard Mc.Guirk wants to "saw off" Dennis Kucinich's head
I was listening to the Imus in the morning radio program, when the subject of the NSA spying came up. They showed a clip of Dennis Kucinich railing against what Bush is doing. After the clip was shown, Bernard Mc.Guirk said that Kucinich's head should be 'sawed off", because that's the way they do it in Iraq.
This goes completetly over the line. I have written the Imus program, and DEMANDED that they fire Mc.Guirk for his comments. I have also wriiten the president of MSNBC, to demand that possible action be taken against Mc.Guirk. I have also written Kucinich to make him aware of what was said.
I implore all of you to do the same. We cannot have insane people like Bernard Mc.Guirk running around an attempting to murder people. This is exactly what happened here.

4. "lighten up francis"
Edited on Wed Mar-08-06 11:40 AM by sabbat hunter
you realize that the imus in the morning show is a comedy/entertainment show? that a 99% of what is said is a joke. that bernard mcgurk deliberatly says things that are so insane like that to make a joke of what people actually think?

did you hear imus's reaction to it?

lighten up people, he wasnt being serious. McGurks job on the show is to say stupid shit and then have imus yell at him about it.

do you also take it seriously when mcgurk puts on a phoney irish accent and pretends he is cardinal egan?

mcgurk is the shows resident moron. he is saying stuff that was scripted for him to say/improvising in the name of entertainment/comedy.

whenever mcgurk says a remark that is stupid, imus will always say to him "shut up you moron, you cant say (fill in the blank). dumb bastard"

do you really think imus thinks mcgurk is a dumb bastard?

6. sabbat hunter, you advocate murder?
It might have been a joke, but it's insane to say something like that.

8. no i do not
but it sounds like to me the joke was taken out of context. the point of the joke was to make those who actually think that way look ridiculous.

2. Is there a law against threats against public officials...
can a complaint be filed with the police....

These incidents need to be filed with the authorities.....

O'leilly, ManCoulter, and all of the other mouth pieces that have made threatening remarks...must be held accountable for these statements...they are threats....

7. do you have addresses? I will do the same. I listen to Imus as
well because I love sports and politics. But another thing I hate is when they make so much fun of Ted Kennedy. My idol. The man who has stuck up for the little people all his life.

Maybe you could get the addresses and repost and ask everyone to do what you did?

Thanks

15. Sorry, but that isn't true and I'm betting you can't provide one single
instance where anyone advocates Bush swinging from a rope. You come here to discuss, fine, but if you think you can make inane, baseless statements and not be required to back it up you are definitely at the wrong place.

We may all experience varying degrees of dislike for Chucklenuts but no one at DU advocates and harm coming to anyone in the cabal - we leave that to the freepers who just can't seem to help themselves to a whole lot of hate. I'm just living for the day Chucklenuts' ass is hauled before The Hague and until then I want him in fine fettle for the trial.

Cite ONE Example.

Just ONE.

You can't.

Any other blithering words of wisdom for us today?

You people need new material.

You apparently think your tired schtick works on intelligent, informed people.

How many times do you have to get slapped in the face with the reality that it doesn't before you LEARN?

designed specifically to elicit "kill Bush" responses. Still does not prove the ridiculous assertion by the poster that, on a daily basis, there are "kill Bush" and "kill Cheney" threads.

Like was said before, bull. shit.

Give it time. He'll end up like the other neanderthal jerk-off that went off the deep-end with crack.

My prediction: He'll end up in one of those "DateLine" specials....Mc.Guirk, a six-pack and a 14 year old boy.

24. IYeah, the last sports guy, Sid, I think his name was.
You're right. He and McGuirk were one of a kind. Sid was a bit more oily looking especially after one of his sex and drug binges, and he loved the really coarse language. And now I see that McGuirk has taken up the slack, more "shocking" statements, etc. I think they want a piece of Stern's audience, without getting too much mud on Imus's suede jackets.

38. Bernard McGuirk strikes me as a neo-nazi, or at least too close to that
Edited on Wed Mar-15-06 11:43 AM by Julius Civitatus
His ONLY function in the Imus show is to say the most racist, genocidal, brutal things. And did I mention he's always railing against blacks and jews? Sometimes I'm amazed his shit is allowed in MSNBC, when most of what this guy says could be easily endorsed by any neo-nazi party.

The whole Imus show is a treehouse of racist, angry, bitter losers, starting with the drunk host himself.
