The president had actually spent the day in New Orleans, getting a close-up look at boarded-up buildings and mountains of debris, noting that the city still suffers "pain and agony."

Along the president's route, some frustrated residents held up signs in protest, one asking "Where's my government?" and another telling the president to "cut the red tape and help us."

Hill, who grew up in Jackson, Miss., echoed those sentiments. So overwhelmed, she uncharacteristically unleashed an epithet, calling the situation, "Bull- - - -"

"It is a huge, huge problem and it's embarrassing," she said.

5. They're not like the others

Faith came out for the Dixie Chicks saying people need to lay off them. Tim has said Bill Clinton is his hero and would even consider running for office some day.

From what I heard on the Laura Flanders show last month he wants to run for Governor one day in Tennessee.

They made their statement here in the USA. I will probably get flamed for this but if you are a citizen here going abroad to make negative statements is, to say the least, is very improper.

There is still a lot of cleanup to be done in NO and I notice they did not lift a finger to help. I am sure some help from volunteer citizens would be greatly appreciated.
