Gen, don't you have your fu king hands full? I'm sure that what the Iraqis who are suffering and dying every day because of the Crook in Chief's illegal war are concerned with is the Dubai deal.

General Abizaid criticizes port deal opponents for "bashing" Arabs

CAPITOL HILL The top U-S commander in the Middle East has stepped into a political firefight in Washington.

General John Abizaid took the unusual step for a military leader of criticizing opposition to the attempted purchase of some U-S port operations by a Dubai-owned company. Abizaid called it "Arab and Muslim bashing."

Abizaid, a grandson of Lebanese immigrants, and other military officials were asked about D-P World's withdrawal from the deal as they left a briefing of lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

The deal was widely opposed by lawmakers of both parties. D-P World now says its dropping its effort to take over operations at several U-S ports.

2. this proves that Team Bush will do anything to defend their position
And everyone who works for them is a lackey.

The general needs to work at being a better general. He's a disaster at his job, and his heritage has nothing to do with that.

3. Reminds me of General MacArthur when Truman slapped him down...
But I would never anticipate that with President Gomer in charge...
