Nothing ever changes. The Dems ignoring the blogosphere is on par with the cold shoulder they constantly give to protesters who, by the thousands, march in the streets supporting their causes. Why didn’t all the national Democrats voice support and solidarity for the 300-400,000 protesters who marched in midtown Manhattan against the 2004 GOP convention? Where was the national Dem support for the few thousand protesters against Bush’s 2002 speech in Cincinnati, lies that helped propel America into the Iraq War? Where were the national Dems in 2000 calling for mass protests because Bush was stealing the election? Where are the Democrats on any action that’s, god forbid, by the people?
