darling Gen. Pace said about torture " we don't do that"

before W.J. this morning, c-span had a segment where reporters, etc. were asking questions of Gen. Pace. one person asked him about our torturing people. he said "we don't do that"

and I was yelling we are doing it as you speak, you traitor.

many of the audience seemed to think Pace was the next best thing to sliced bread and broke their necks to tell him so.

Who did he mean by "we"? His small circle of military commanders? The Marines? (He's a Marine General)

Yeah, I guess he wasn't the one who was personally holding the dog leashes.

BUT, if he meant it in a general sense, such as "Americans don't torture", he should have been laughed out of the room. And even pelted with garbage.
