Heres a point to make regarding legality of wiretapping domestically

If the President didn't break any laws then why are the Republicans putting forth legislation to make what he did legal after the fact?

If its not illegal why do they need to change the laws to make it legal?

just a little zinger I came up with during a debate at work this morning in response to a "not sure if he committed a crime or not" dodge.

was told that its not really a new law....its just an update of the FISA law.....that there will be oversight....Okay we will see.....I hope more people learn about this bill.....:yoiks:
