Quick question censure, impeachment.
Can a senator call for impeachment?
Or is that the job of congress?

2. Let's get this out in the open right now!
There will be no impeachment! I don't care how the elections go in '06, the Dems supported this war, they support the President. There will be no impeachment considered! Got it?

along with the entire anti-war movement since before the war in Iraq got started - no traction then of course.

The 2004 elections should have made a difference in our election outcome and guess what it didn't which would have been the right time to go impeachment - but the Dems didn't say what the American people needed to hear about the war in Iraq and other matters that impact us directly.

They were muzzled by the corporatist and intimidated by the Bush Inc, following that disaster, they only had one year left to make the case, which was 2005. And they chose to run and hide instead.

It's definetly too late, if it was ever intended.

There WILL be impeachment. We're going to elect Dems with spines who support it. We're going to make damned sure of it. Got that? Don't you dare tell me there won't be any impeachment. You know not what you say.

6. House-Impeachment, Senate-Trial....
...it is a two step process. Only two were ever impeached, both for seriously SILLY reasons. Neither was convicted, although Andrew Johnson had Congress wipe his off the record a year later. Clinton will never have that option, since his was during his last term.
