or at least the link to it? I want to say it came from The Nation, (I could be wrong about where I saw it) early last year, but I can't find it anywhere--not even google.

basically it said that clinton was at least getting some, and therefore happy, and therefore not nearly so inclined to go to war. *, on the other hand, is obviously asexual, uptight, repressed, and only gets his rocks off blowing things up. great article.
