2. bush is coming to Iowa
a fundraiser for Nussle, who is running for Governor. Nussle has no shame, however. And an awful lot of Iowans are fed up with the way things are going. At least here in Eastern Iowa.

4. I doubt any will do THAT, but when Shrub went to Cleveland,
the 2 Ohio Senators "had previous engagements" that they couldn't cancel. Hee hee, one f them HAD to take his father to an event in Fla. and the other had some silly thing in DC.

Even Blackwell "had a previous engagement".

The story Bernie Ward read on his show last night said "Nobody from Ohio met Shrub when he came to town!"

That's the way they're going to play it. They won't tell him face to face...Don't Come Here" but they'll just "be sorry they can't be there!"

Hell, today, I heard that Kane JR. was having a fund raiser, and made sure he didn't get there until Cheney left the premesis. Obviously didn't want THAT photo opp!

5. More a "sin" of Omission than COmission.
They just don't ask him, not tell him to stay away.
