I've exchanged e-mails with her several times in the past. The first time was right after Ari exiled her to the back of the press room. She has never failed to respond in person, typically with no more than a few words that reflect what you wrote to let you know that she read your letter, and never more than a few sentences. For someone as busy as she is to do that shows real class.

I can just picture her while issuing that 'apology', smiling as she says (out loud) "I'm sorry, you're the worst president ever!" (muttered under her breath.) :)
