Poll question: Shills in the audience: + or - for Smirk?
Some woman in the audience today played the shill in *'s snake oil presentation, getting called on and then basically saying that * is Jesus. So these kinds of plants do anything positive or negative for Smirky's approval rating? Are any of the 60% or so who now feel that his Residency is an utter failure likely to be brought back into the fold by such transparent flackery?

1. People will be put off
as they realize that the religious fundies are trying to rid us not only of legal access to abortion but also legal access to birth control. This is starting in some areas (like MO) and I don't think that it will be looked on favorably.

2. one thing about the recent polls
there have been almost no "undecideds". Opinions are getting pretty hardened and it is getting more and more difficult to have significant movement. Bushco could disembowel kittens on live television or he could singlehandedly rescue little Timmy from the burning house on live television and the polls wouldn't move much.

3. They went way over the edge yesterday imo...
lost any speck of credibility that may have been left.

5. So why aren't we busting our asses to get picked?
Are there any actors here? Can someone manage to get on the Bush Traveling Medicine Show so he or she can go completely over the top with the "Bush == Jesus" thing? We need more of this. More, I say.
