BlameEDITORIAL: DON'T SHOOT MESSENGER FOR PROBLEMS IN IRAQThe new push by the Bush administration

<<<>>>

The Bush team wishes the news was more positive. So do we all.
But rather than try to blame the media, Bush needs to do more of what he began doing this week: Acknowledge how difficult and dangerous the situation is in Iraq, and explain what our specific strategy is for overcoming this reality

2. "Overcoming this reality..."
Bush doesn't deal with reality. That's how he overcomes it.

5. Bush is starting to remind me
of a really evil Michael Jackson. His physical appearance continues to deteriorate and neither one have a firm grasp on reality any more.

3. Whatwhatwhat???
The situation is "difficult" and "dangerous"? Why hasn't Kansas been informed of this before??? NOW they want to see a strategy? I remember being called a traitor and a lily-livered pussy for those same sentiments not three years ago. Are we all turning into a nation of pussies? Or is Kansas finally coming to the realization that every syllable spoken by the Bush administration may not be the carved-in-stone gospel, undying truth?

If the latter is the case, then I say, "Welcome to the party, Sunflower State." Let's roll up our collective sleeves and get busy turning out this corrupt administration, shall we?

4. It's really hard to give a damn about the poor media when they screwed
THE AMERICAN PEOPLE far worse then they got it from the bush** administration. They know what the score was. They hid the truth from us (like boosh** being wired for his speeches, the spying, whatever).

Screw them all. I prefer the truth of the independents and the foreign press and the blogs. You can find out what's REALLY going on with them.

6. Lay down with dos, get up with fleas
I have no sympathy for the media. They enabled all this crap to happen by either being bought off or turning a blind eye.

9. Why did they let themselves be used?
This isn't new, either. It started during the Carter administration and then really got rolling once Reagan announced for the Republican nomination.
