Yet another reason why religion needs to be kept out of politics.
Edited on Sun Mar-26-06 04:07 PM by redphish
This guy is running for Governor of TX. The scary part is he claims to have gotten 30% of the vote running for State Representative.
CAUTION very graphic photo on front page of site for no apparent reason.

Oh crap, forgot the link, sorry.

:scared:

1. How does he know he got 30%? There's no paper trail...
I guess he got the numbers straight from Diebold, et al.

7. Bumper sticker: "The Last Time Religion and Government Got
Together, There Were Hangings In the Town Square". I saw that one a few weeks back, and I thought it was pretty good.

Larry Kilgore is just another right wing freak. Save the unborn babies so they can grow up without love, be abused, then the Republicans can send them to the gas chamber when they kill someone, because they don't know the difference between right and wrong because their parents didn't love them, and never wanted them, but were forced to have them.

Makes sense, huh? :eyes: :sarcasm:

9. Look on the bright side...
After he cuts prisons, education, health care, he's going to yank Texas out of the union. We can all have a merry laugh as suddenly Mexico looks like a great place compared to our other neighbor to the south.

Kidding aside, this guy is terrifying. I used to thing good ol' Frank Murkowski was the most awful governor possible... Now, Frank looks good!

As for the 30%... this guy says he got that amount from just one district. I don't think even Texans are loopy enough to buy this freak's snake oil. (No offense to any Texans here :D )

11. Thanks for the link.
This guy's certifiable. Even among the lunatic fundie fringe, I don't see him getting many votes, so I wouldn't worry too much. Laughing at him loudly might make you feel better.

12. Idiot
I love how he says that the United States invaded Texas and blah blah blah.. Unless his family is directly descendant from native Texans (not the United States settlers that occupied the land), then his argument is weightless. He probably migrated from a different state and now claims that Texas should be independent as if he is not part of the United States that came into 'sovereign' Texas.
