Assn of Progressive Rental Organizations-- Something fishy?

I just came across this, and I'm wondering: What is "progressive" about the candidates this PAC donates to?

On edit: I've discovered that "progressive rental" is a euphemism for "rent-to-own" which is a euphemism for "usury."
