4. What kind of justice gives interviews to the press
and throws out opinions?

He lacks the disipline and the stature to be a supreme court justice, and this is one of bush's heros

11. It was caught on film, but Scalia warned against publication,
as the UPI story reports,

" The 20-year veteran of the high court was caught making the gesture by a photographer with The Pilot, the Archdiocese of Boston's newspaper.

"Don't publish that," Scalia told the photographer, the Herald said."

And my initial Web searches have show that it has not been published. Maybe we should call The Pilot ask for a copy? DU could publish.

17. It does sound like him, though--and especially since he preceded
the gesture with a comment about "This is how we do it in Sicily."

10. After his remarks about orgies and
now this, I'm beginning to think the guy is getting senile. Maybe there should be an mental acuity examination for the supremes after a certain age is reached.

12. Given the age most of them reach on the bench and the prevalence
of dementia among the senior population, a mental acuity test is probably warranted on a yearly basis!
