8. It's a matter of emphasis...

I think most think that something needs to be done...it's just a matter of how to accomplish it. FOr my part, emphasizing punitive measures on the immigrants themselves is the wrong way to go. In my mind they are the victims here. The system by which they are exploited is what needs to be addressed.
