WASHINGTON -- An administration official said Tuesday that White House chief of staff Andrew Card has resigned and will be replaced by budget director Josh Bolton.

The repubs have been hounded King Asshole to shake up his staff and bring in some grownups.

So instead, Himself decides to just promote from within. His ass't chief of staff for domestic policy.

Toss this one in the 'who gives a fuck' bin.

On the flip side, Himself will probably get some positive press about this.
