Loyal White House Chief of Staff Andy Card is "stepping down" according to CNN. Did bushie ask him to resign? Yesterday I heard Blair say that the U.S. is "difficult" friend to keep but it appears ANYONE who tries to remain friends with bushie is headed for a ride on the under-carriage of a bus.
