Feingold's Censure Call

Rep. Russ Feingold’s (D-WI) recent motion to censure President Bush for authorizing what he believes is an illegal wiretapping program will get its day before the full Senate Judiciary Committee. Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) will preside over a committee hearing titled "An Examination of the Call to Censure the President."
