Should Gore pardon Bush?
Fortunately, it is against the Constitution to pardon someone for treason and high crimes. In my estimation the abuse of our Constitution, which he has sworn under oath to defend, is at a minimum -- a high crime.

Unfortunately there is much to be said for an insanity defense.

8. Not only do I think Bush should NOT to pardoned but Cheney should......
....be impeached and both of them sent to prison. It's not like their lies were about stained blue dresses or anything like that. Their lies KILLED PEOPLE - in my book that is premeditated murder.

13. Gore might Pardon him
For the sake of the Country, Gore might grant a pardon, rather than drag us through a trial.
