Bill Clinton must be pleased that Delay got his own "Impeachment"
Is this, after all justice for the wicked of the land? Delay's absence of leadership is easily seen in the GOP. They much more freely break ranks without so much fear of reprisals from Tom and his Henchmen.

I hope Bill is having a Glass of wine and a great New York Steak in memory of Tommy Boy.

3. Does this mean that the rubber and stretch wrap and rubber bands
that he used to mess with TX get to go back to their original shape?

Tom Gerry Mander DeLay

4. Does this mean that the taxpayers will get money put back in to
their coffers in repayment of money spent in changing Texas districts? How much did that cost anyway?. Let's see the air controllers were already getting paid and no accidents took place while they worked for DeLay, but what out-of-pocket expenses to the taxpayers can we get back? Yeah, how much did we pay for that?
