Oh God say it's true -- Could Coulter be hung out to dry with a FELONY?

A poster on Huffingtonpost brought up something REALLY very interesting:

"Actually, Ann Coulter lives in Palm Beach, Florida, though she has a vested interest in not allowing the truth to be widely known.

You see, she voted in the wrong district in 2004. In Florida, this is a class three felony.

The MSM that Ann hates and fears has failed to pick this up, however. Only the local papers have bothered with it; the story hasn’t gained much traction.

If she is, and maybe the lawyers of DU can help us out a bit here -- won't she get her license revoked for being charged (and perhaps convicted,) with a felony?
