13. Unfortunately I don't think Bush's approval ratings have any effect

on voters in 2006. So far the poll are saying that while the repubs have terrible numbers...people's overall approval of their OWN congress person is hovering around 57%. That doesn't bode well for a democratic congressional sweep. I'm still waiting to see the dems come out with a strong plan...still waiting....
