Cox news undecided about pressing charges against McKinney staff
But this is from Fox ... no link and no second source...

This relates to her new bodyguard contact with Atlanta reporter and claiming to be a cop.

>>WASHINGTON -- As she was heading into the U.S. Capitol to apologize for a run-in with a police officer, a bodyguard for Rep. Cynthia McKinney shoved and threatened a reporter for Channel 2 Action News.

Reporter Scott MacFarlane was trying to question McKinney as she entered the Capitol.

As the group moved across the Capitol grounds McKinney's bodyguard tried to block access to the congresswoman.

At one point the unidentified bodyguard and MacFarlane bumped into each other.

The bodyguard then shoved the reporter telling him, "I'm going to put your ass in jail."

When asked if he worked for the Capitol Police the bodyguard responded, "I work for Ms. McKinney.

6. Well, gosh oh golly!
That station in Atlanta was one of the first ones in the country to mention her "misuse of funds" regarding Isaac Hayes on April 3.

7. Historically they have been a reasonably liberal news outlet
I woulod expect they would report any campaign fund violation by a local politician... This is the second one for McKinney in about 20 years and both relatively minor so it shouldn't be a big deal but they did have election watch dogs pushing the story so they had to cover it some.

8. Libby? I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with that name.
Nor the names of the pervs in the Department of Homeland Security. It's all just liberal bias, you know. Secular progressives hate America, so sayeth Bill O'Reilly.

4. *Rolls Eyes*
I was watching Channel 2, and not one mention of the station pressing charges.

Leave it to Fox to make up a news story.

10. I went to the station's website, clicked on the link about the
reporter and watched the whole report. IMO, the station is just trying to muckrake more crap because it's in McKinney's area.:puke: I watched (and heard) the reporter run after her. Then I watched the reporter's story.
Just my two cents, though.
Here's the link for today's story (hopefully):

14. LOL, thats it?
Thats the big new thing.

Not much happened. Funny thing is, that when a paparazzi does it to a celebrity, we all think the Paparazzi is at fault. Same here?
