He needs to him them while they are down and still trying to formulate an excuse or weasel words to get the monkey off their backs.

Will something be coming from Fitz soon? What's the thinking on this?

No speculation is the best course of action regarding Fitz's work.
Earlier this week, we were treated to articles out of truthout.org (Jason Leopold) with supposedly inside info regarding indictments. I maintain that these type of stories are without merit and should be ignored.
This investigation has been water-tight. Let's hope it continues that way.
Believe me, I'll be happy to eat crow if the rumored indictments actually come through!

5. Fitzgerald does not move under anyone else's time constraints.

He will make announcements and file docs as appropriate. He has his own system of checks and balances, and he will not allow politicians or pressure from outside to change his course.
