1. This man spoke for all of us, as Chimpy smirked at him
and then, at the end, the audience applauded.

Just like the scene in Star Wars as the Senate applauded as they gave away their own power.

Cult members. That is what they are.

4. I heard it. I'm not so sure that he wasn't

RNC a plant.

Monkeynutz just came back too easily with a reply. Right?

Have you noticed when a reporter goes off-script how angry the little monkey really gets?
Why is it that the monkey was so fast on the comeback? It would seem that he was almost prepared for that questioner ahead of time.

He didn't get angry.

Curious...

Edited for spellin.

The drunken monkey-man was too fast with the comebacks.

5. You know this is one of many posts about this incident...
The most instructive part?

Bush just laughs at the little man. Laughs and then spouts the same stuff he's been saying.

Then everyone applauds.

Remember that image. The audience isn't all "cult members" and "Kool-Aid drinkers"; they are folks like you and me.

chilling.

7. Actually, many of them were "kool-aid drinkers", sorry.
Surely you're not so naive to think they're not stacking that audience heavily.

Did you not hear the audible pain when he said he was ashamed and frightened of his presidential leadership?
Not very chilling really.

Look at what Tom Delay organized in Sugarland today. Same shit, different pile.
Deck stacked with Bush bots.

Consider his popularity rating. If the audience was "folks like you and me" there would have been applause when the man said he was ashamed and frightened, NOT just when the *idiot replied that he was proud of wiretapping.

10. Maybe it's just living in the Heartland
and working in a bar.

I don't trust a lot polls, sorry. "Lies, damned lies, and statistics" and all that rot.

I do hear what your saying.

I just don't want people to celebrate too hard where there's still a lot of work to do.

Also, it's all to easy to characterize and demonize the opposing side, when they aren't evil; maybe they just don't care and still believe in the President.

15. You don't trust polls? You think Bush might actually be popular?

Anyone who voted for that idiot was unknowingly a party to evil. Can we agree on that?

14. Staged to show the robots how to deal with legit dissent and facts?
Could be. The Noise Machine is rather big on talking points and manipulation.
