Regarding the compromise on the Senate bill...
which divides citizens of another country who are working here illegally into three groups (less than 2 years, 2-5 years, more than 5 years): Has anyone heard these Senators reveal how, exactly, they plan to verify whatever claim the illegal worker makes?

Somehow, I don't think people who have been here for less than 2 years are going to raise their hands and volunteer to be deported.
