Easy way: $100,000 times 60 = $6,000,000 (6 million)
$6 million times 24 = $144 million.

Edit: That would be $4 billion a month, which sounds low.

$144 million a day times 7 days = $1.008 billion a week.
$144 million a day times 30 days = $4.320 billion a month.
