Grrrr. MSNBC WH correspondent says the WH is handing out editorials
to the press that support their claims - so called "Good Leaks".

"Good Leaks" was, of course, the title of the friggin piece of crap editorial from the Washington Post that ignores it's own reporting.

It has been debunked all over the web including here, Daily Kos, Talking Points Memo, etc.

5. Something like that - the Corporate Media doesn't know where to turn
So, they turn to power...even if it is fading power.

Tweety and Russert are major drips.

4. "If someone in this administration is leaking, I want to know about it"
If the leak was "good", and he authorized it, why did the chimp say that?

Why the expensive and time consuming investigation and jailing of a "reporter"?

Sorry chimpy, but you can't have it both ways.

6. Why would the Washington Post
buy into something like that? You'd think the editorial editors would fight that tooth & nail.

10. WaPost has been part of BushInc for decades. Did you ever read any
article from the WaPost that reported the WH was cooking the intel books on Iraq before the war?

Nope. You didn't. KnightRidder reporters got that story and WaPost and NYT refused to cover it.

7. I'm Shocked
One thing I notice. Citizens ask Bush a helluva lot tougher questions then the Pravda media.

Today a student stumped him about what rules govern securtity firms in Iraq. The drooling idiot had no idea.

Bypass the media. They are tools.

9. The MEDIA is finally owning up to this lazy-ass practice, huh?

They've been getting this kind of stuff E-MAILED on a daily basis from the TAX-EXEMPT Heritage Foundation's Press Room (and their ilk) for many years now.

The media are as guilty as those who create the PR for using them.

It's no accident that the same phrases and talking points make it into our "objective" news.

David Brock spelled out the practice in "The Republican Noise Machine." I highly recommend it to those who haven't read it yet--it's a must for understanding and battling the propaganda machine.

11. Russert clinched it
I made the mistake of watching MTP late last night, because some people mentioned that Kerry did well (he DID NOT- and I won't make that mistake again). At one point, Russert cites the Washington Post and purposefully slips in the comment "hardly an organ of the Republican party."

LOL. There ya go.

It couldn't be more obvious than that....
