John Kerry Answers Questions From the MSM That You Will Not See in the MSM
John Kerry Answers Questions From the MSM That You Will Not See in the MSM
April 11th, 2006 @ 1:24 pm

We all know by now, the MSM was notorious during the last election cycle (and still) in not reporting accurate news about John Kerry or his campaign. Yesterday, as I spent the day at two events with John Kerry as he discussed immigration reform (see here, here, and here for photos) with constituents of Rep. Xavier Becerra (CA-31) in Los Angeles, I took notes on both the events including some of the questions from the MSM and John Kerry’s responses to them.

Here’s a few examples of John Kerry’s answers to the questions from the MSM that you probably never see in the MSM…

One member of the press asked if Kerry believed the immigration marches and protests “will make a difference?” Kerry responded, “Yes! It has a great impact. The way to make a difference is to go out and participate in democracy.” He also stressed that “stories need to be told about immigrants,” stories like Juana’s (see my post here) and other’s like her.

When asked about the situation in Iraq and his Iraq proposal, Kerry said that it was “Unconscionable that our soldiers are giving their lives — it’s just wrong!” He said, “The president should get tough. Our soldiers have done their job… they have given Iraq a chance for democracy. We are now in a civil war. If it is not resolved in the the coming weeks, it will get worse.”

2. Very nice site.
I enjoyed the pictures, too. It does make me sad in a big way, though. Such a fine president, this man would have made. He has more class, dignity, and honor in his pinkie fingernail, than the nitwit and his malicious troop have in every fiber of their bodies put together.
Appreciate the notes of your meeting. I love hearing what he has to say, especially when it's reported firsthand like this.
Lucky you, too. I'd love to meet him, although I'd probably trip over my own tongue in a very unflattering way.

 's to all the Kerrycrats!

10. Thanks dear. I think I'd do something else though if I met him
I'd cry. That would be worse than tripping over my tongue, I'm thinking.

13. Well, we'd make a fine pair then, and I'm sure a lasting impression....
me, standing on my tongue, dumbstruck with awe, and you crying. Yeah, I think he might remember us!

3. What civil war?
Our Fuehrer has told us that there are a lot of good news in Iraq that don't get reported, for example, no one has died of avian flu in Baghdad.

4. Thanks for the post.
And you're right about the MSM. They don't have the stomach for straight talk when they've been out to lunch for so long.

Kerry's pinkie is more Presidential than * will ever be. It's a shame more 'murkins didn't realize sooner.

Kerry '08!

7. I agree if it is not resolved in the coming weeks it will get worse.
"Now we're down to about four to six months window." -Clark 12/15/05

"When the president sends mixed messages like 'we'll be there through the next president's…into the next president's administration' and at the same time tells the Iraqis to pull up their socks and get going, that's a mixed message. The truth is that we can't be effective keeping our people there unless the Iraqi leaders do their part and that's a message they have to understand. And Democrats are giving them that message." -3/29/06

8. funny
Kerry put a 6 month window on Iraq back in late October when he gave his Georgetown speech:

"We are entering a make or break six month period, and I want to talk about the steps we must take if we hope to bring our troops home within a reasonable timeframe from an Iraq that’s not permanently torn by irrepressible conflict." - http://blog.thedemocraticdaily.com/?p=952

They are both good and knowledgeable men.
