Anti-war ballot item quashed in Elgin, Illinois.

Just got back from the annual Elgin Township meeting, and there was record attendance. However, the Republicans were warned in advance and outnumbered us such that we could not get the 3/5 majority required to pass the measure.

An amazing variety of feckless Bushbots showed up.

A message to you in the Elgin GOP; "I'll see you in HELL."

2. I saw your post earlier today asking for attendance at township meetings

perhaps you should consider developing an e-mail list of 'highly selected' Dem individuals.... I'd bet that's what the repubs do (and it's effective).
