2. Nowhere near good enough...
These totals really work out to:

Republicans 54.77%
Democrats 45.23%

That's going to be a big margin to overcome in the runoff. :-(

Unless she has 50% +1 it's not really good news.

It'll be extremely difficult to win this seat but she has the ability to do it.
