Blair accused by Greeks of crimes against humanity

Tony Blair was accused yesterday of "crimes against humanity" in a lawsuit lodged at the International Criminal Court in The Hague by Greek lawyers.

The Athens Bar Association filed 22 charges against the Prime Minister and senior Cabinet members, alleging that they invaded a sovereign country on a dubious pretext.

Whatever happened with this? Anyone know?

the complaints do not mention Bush at all. They can't because the USA is not a member of the ICC and the ICC does not technically have jurisdiction over the USA currently. Also, there were only complaints againist Blair, and that is a long way from an indictment. IT is a long long long shot to get Blair there because of the way the ICC operates. It late or I could go into detail, but basically many conditions would have to be ment before an indictment could be handed down, years away at best. I love the ICC as a topic. Will probally be my PhD thesis topic next year.
