DeLay: A quota system for felons

Could Tom DeLay be the next leader of the Office of Management and Budget, replacing new White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolton? Perhaps, because there aren't enough criminals in the White House:

The White House is looking at a list of cost-cutting candidates to head the Office of Management and Budget, and Rep. Tom DeLay, R-Texas, may be on it.

The former House majority leader, who announced he will resign from Congress and is under a state indictment on political money laundering charges, is listed as a possible replacement for Josh Bolten, the U.S. News and World Report said.

And, per Think Progress, here's the predictable John Hinderaker response:

No one knows more about the budget. And I'd like to see the administration show some support for DeLay.

Support? Try baking DeLay a cake with a file in it.

1. And to think these same people spent years screaming about

integrity and the need for 'cleaning up government'. Unfriggen'believable. I guess what they really wanted was their Party to clean out our government; specifically, the US Treasury.
