"Rumsfeld depends on his commanders in the field."
bush's support for rumsfeld. More twisting of logic by bush and his band of criminals. The guys who retired and are bitching and telling the truth about rumsfeld were his "commanders in the field" and he obviously didn't depend on them or see eye to eye with them. Batiste gave up a pending promotion to get away from rumsfeld. Once again bush lies and once again more proof he's an idiot, but ever loved by "conservatives."

1. I have no use, none at all no matter who they are, for a person
who in any way, shape, or form defends that lying bastard. And everyone I know understands that, including my Mom. She was a bush** supporter (stupid woman, on Medicare AND Social Security). She made a remark on time about 'no one else being able to do the job' that pResident blivet A. WOL was doing. That was the very last time she ever said anything political to me.

2. Give your Mom a Hug
and tell her there will be no political talk between the two of you and then give her another hug. And then give her another hug. My wife used to have to keep me and my brother in law from killing each other until she finally put her cute little petite foot down and said family talk from now on, no more politics. It worked for us. Give your mom a hug.

6. Your wife is a very wise woman. And in fact there hasn't been any
political talk, not since that last remark. I am being bull headed I suppose but here is a woman who depends on the programs that this asshole is cutting. Here is a woman who voted for the guy who is trying to make sure that I don't benefit from the money I've been paying to the federal government for years. Here is a woman who voted for Adlai Stephenson. Go figure.

3. There is no way Rum or Chen will go while Bush remains.

They have a mission which is world domination. Sounds like a James Bond or Superman villain but it's true. They depend on each other and have no interest in anyone else's opinions at all. They are close to shutting down the democratic system and won't give up. They expect this kind of criticism because they know they are doing something against the best interest of everyone in the world. Once they dominate all the oil in the middle east they will have power over everyone else in the world. This is what it's all about. Simple world domination.

Boy I wish this could get out there to the public. They won't catch on until it's too late. But of course that's the whole point. Not money. Not big business. Just simple POWER. Everything else is just a means to that end.

4. Through the looking glass . . . again.
Here is Bush, from the White House website:

THE PRESIDENT: I'm saying I'm going to listen to the generals who say, Mr. President, we've got -- we need more, we need less, we've got exactly the right number. They will tell me the number. Their job is to secure -- is to work with the Iraqis to deal with the terrorists. And there are the Baathist terrorists, there Jihadists, there are al Qaeda-types, Ansar Islam-types. And their job is to help the Iraqis secure their country, and they assess all the time, the commanders, and they say, we need this number here, we need that number here. And it's their decision to make. I set the goal; they decide the tactics.

Over and over again, Bush has claimed he is deferring to the military leaders regarding Iraq. Until they actually have something to say. Then he tells them to stuff it.

5. It reminds me of Stalin's purge of the Red Army in the 30's
Of course, once the officer corps is decimated of competent officers, in comes Hitler. It two years before the Red Army could effectively strike back at Stalingrad and that was purely dumb luck on Stalin's part.
