Seems to be the modus operandi of this White House and the crimianls that have been indicted out of this White House. The latest bafflement belongs to Lewis Libby. He seems to change his stories more times than a 2-week old baby changes diapers? But he's just one of the many bullshitters.

The war in Iraq is going great! Rumsfeld is doing a very good job. Afghanistan is thriving in their newfound democracy. The taxcuts have created unprecedented growth in our economy. The President can "de-classify" anything he wants anytime he wants. And so can the Vice-President. Tom Delay will be a great Director of the OMB. George W Bush is a very, very, very smart man...etc..etc... If you aren't baffled by now, you will never be baffled.
