Getting caught up on TIVO on this lazy Sunday.
Watching "IMUS" (yeah, I know) and he had Harold Ford Jr. on (yeah, I know).

Anyway Ford was asked by Imus what the deal was with all the time off.
Ford said "Well, bad things happen when you have a monopoly, Republicans have the House, Senate and the White House" and "we had off a week for St.Patrick's Day, and THIS year our schedule has us working the fewest days since 1948".

With all the shit going on, these bastards are working the fewest days in almost 60 years.

Even on Imus, you learn something when you least expect it.

All these bastards need to go.

ALL OF THEM.

1. I was just reading up on what's going on with Ford
looking at all the Senate races. According to:

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/2006/State%20Polls/February%202006/Tennessee%20Senate%20February.htm

13% of respondents report that friends or family members plan to vote against Ford because he is African-American.

---

We need to get damn creative to give him a win in Tennessee.

2. The way things are done in DC...
I wish both Houses would take more time off. It doesn't do any oversite and is destroying the country.... let then work one week a year

3. Since Congress only passes pro-business anti-individual bills
which take away our money, rights and property, I am glad they are closed more days.

Each day they are in business we lose a little more.
