Ceaser Disgustus is saying that and apparantly getting away with it.

Well, come the 06 campaign season, we should adopt the same stance. The exact same stance ......

..... with respect to both Censure and Impeachment.

We're not running against The Great Disgustus or against anything national. We're running in 435 House races, some Senate races, and a boatload of lcal races.

Keeping 'All Options on the Table' does two things, in my mind. It causes the other guy to take a stand on The Emperor; it brings the Emperor into the local race. And it shows our guy standing for something; not necessarily Impeachment or Censure, but four square into finding answers and for shining a light into the darkness that has been the reign of Ceaser Disgustus.
