For what Bush and the Repubs have done to our nation. Not just giving away our surplus to the wealthy but the disgrace they have brought to our country in the eyes of the world. No, we haven't forgotten that the WTC and the Pentagon were attacked. The disaster was much worse in numbers dead than the proportional threat. But, Bush and the Repubs saw the attack as equal or worse than Pearl Harbor and the attack before WWII.

Now, we may be on the edge of a nuclear showdown. It didn't have to be. But, the manner in which Bush and the Repubs handled this attack upon our nation is a disaster within itself. At first, we had the whole world on our side. We could have captured the leaders of al Qaeda and have won the "war on terrorism". But ignorance, incompetence, and stupidity have brought our country down into the depths of despair and division. They cannot be forgiven.

I hear about 9/11 I am going to lose my cookies! OK, it was a horrible day. No-one disputes that and many innocent people died and the 'we shall never forget' mantra is old. I lost friends in the Viet Nam war...and the best way to honor their memories is to get over it - live life the way it was meant to be lived and that's to it's fullest. My father is a resident in the DC soldier's home (or what's left of it thanks to the bush f**ing idiot) and he has now given up his own medical care and why.....becuase seeing all the boys there who are maimed brings back horrible WWII memories....

Again, my deepest condolences to all who lost loved ones in the WTC and Pentagon, but do you honestly think they would want you moping around crying and whining about the loss? I don't think so. When Bush and his buds start in, that's when all who lost someone should stand up and just say ENOUGH ASSHOLE! Get over it. I have a friend who perished in WT7 and his family has spent a LOT of time volunteering in the gulf....why? Because they feel it is the way that Gregg would have wanted it. Not that I think there will ever truly be accountability or justice -- but if there were, I could forgive (but not forget). If we had investigations, indictments, trials, convictions and prison sentences and civil fines, we'd have justice and accountability.
