Rolling Stone magazine; Bush, the worst president ever??
If you have a subscription to Rolling Stone magazine, the Friday edition has on the cover, a cartoon of George Bush with a dunce cap, with the saying, "George Bush, the worst president in history?" My only question is how come it took Rolling Stone this long to figure it out??

Look at the cover: http://www.drudgereport.com/flash4.htm

1. What might help Dubya is consecutive sessions with the Judd
Hirsch character -- the psychotherapist from ORDINARY PEOPLE, the Redford film with Mary Tyler Moore and Donald Sutherland.

That guy could confront Mr. Bush on the deceptions and wouldn't take any BS from Dubya back.

He's a lost cause.

5. O killerbush, I do, too. He was likely a lost cause years before he becam
Texas' governor.

Who knows what psychological limits he has, other than the visible ones, I mean, that keep him from being a true, resonant adult? I don't. But sometimes an intervention is required, and done right, the man should be seeing a therapist.

I suggest the Hirsch character from that film as a personality type that might be confrontational enough not to let Dubya bullshit his way through.

4. Certainly within recent memory. His ineptitude, lack of vision,
insularity, and stupidity definitely make him a candidate for the worst of the worst.

Enron, energy blackouts, environmental record, his lies, his decision to invade Iraq, his mishandling of the aftermath, Katrina, the deficit, gas prices, his disregard for individual rights, his venality, his disastrous appointments and advisors. It's really hard to see that he has handled any problem confronting us correctly.

Yeah, he's among the worst we've ever had.

Bush is like child pornography -- he has no redeeming social value.

7. Maybe he isn't absolutely the worst president ever...just the worst ever
from the North American continent.

I think that President Idi Amin may have been worse.

As far as US presidents, though, he is the worst ever (or at least in a very close tie for the title).

9. My only question is why they used a question mark.
I'd have thought an exclamation point more appropriate.

10. They've known it all along
They have consistently run articles over the last several years outlining the lies and corruption in the White House and Congress, and beyond. In between the music stuff. Love the Rolling Stone, more relevant than most daily "newspapers" in this country.
