Coulter's book already selling at remainder prices!

Reading Sidney Blumenthal's piece "Walking the White House Plank" in the Guardian ( http://commentisfree.guardian.co.uk/sidney_blumenthal/2006/04/walking_the_white_house_plank.html ), I clicked on an ad for Man Coulter's new book, advertised at $4.99 ( http://www.newsmax.com/adv/godless/?PROMO_CODE=1E81-1 ) -- and it doesn't even come out 'til 6/6/6! Amazing that NewsHacks would advertise on the Guardian's website, but it helps clarify why Coulter's books make the bestseller lists.
