Maybe if the repubs can hold the congress he might go, but this administration cannot afford confirmation hearings and have all the incompetence about the war bought up before they are out of office.

because there is no way these twits will ever do anything that can be interpreted as a mistake.
Rummy resigning would pretty much admit that mistakes were made.
