Rice: Americans must be prepared for violence to continue (Iraq)

Rice says no 'V-E Day' on horizon in Iraq

CHICAGO Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice doesn't expect that having a national government in Iraq will suddenly stop the violence there.

Rice says `Americans must be prepared for violence to continue, and there will be no Iraqi equivalent of the victory day that formally marked the end of World War Two in Europe. Rice says peace will come as more Iraqis recognize that the democratic process is the best way to achieve their interests, not violence.

Under U-S pressure, Iraqi leaders said they would convene parliament on Thursday in hopes of jump-starting the formation of a new unity government, though Shiite officials indicated they might not attend.

Rice spoke today to the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations.

1. No, Rice. We need to prepare to unseat you and your buddy Bush
by changing the face of Congress in the 2006 elections.

4. My question is WHY?? Why must WE be prepared? THOSE DICKWEEDS
got us into this mess in the first place!!!

It's as though they've come into our living rooms, taken a huge shit on the floor, and calmly told us that "we must be prepared" for a foul odor!

Fuck her, and her lousy crew!

17. That's the one question that, if ever asked as a followup,
would cause their tiny reptilian minds to explode. It's the ONLY question, along with "How?" that should ever be asked as a followup.

Just a couple of little words. "Why?" "How?" No preambles. No nothin'. As a bonus, the press conferences would soon be a lot shorter.

5. I will never ever be prepared for the needless deaths and maiming
of Iraqis and Americans. The destruction of Iraq and America.

I suppose it would be bad karma to tell Rice to go to hell, but it feels well worth it.

11. What are they doing besides "wishful thinking??"
"Rice says peace will come as more Iraqis recognize that the democratic process is the best way to achieve their interests, not violence."

What are they doing to make that happen???

NOTHING -- just preaching. They figure the military will "stay the course" until the next administration, and on and on...

They have NO plan for the political solution. "You Iraqis better hurry up and get it together" is the best they've done.

There is no end in sight as long as this administration is in power.

13. Rice: great with stir fry.
Green and red peppers, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, broccoli, shrimp, coconut milk. Season with Ginger, garlic, and Argyle St. seasoning.

Yum.

This is about as serious as I'm going to take this twisted woman. "Oh, well I was living in the neighborhood where the 16th St. Church blew up, so I understand the civil rights movement." Bullshit, chickie, you don't. Not by a longshot.
