I think it was Dan Bartlett, and Matthews said the Bushies promised Iraq War would result in cheaper oil.

If media starts talking about the oil connection to Iraq War, that's game over for Bush, and the end of his hopes for invading Iran since Greg Palast found documentation that the goal wasn't to drive down the price but to prop it up.
