1. Sorry
I really liked the guy until I heard his stance on Iraq. Turned me away from him pretty quick.

2. Hasn't he already decided NOT to quit the Senate?
I thought I had heard that somewhere, though I could be mistaken.

If he doesn't win the nomination, and that hardly seems likely at this juncture, he should remain in the Senate. His time will come.

7. Edwards announced in September...
that he would not run for reelection to the senate.   I suppose he could change his mind though.

6. Or Kerry
Kerry/Edwards defeats Bush/Baker in 2004. (you don't REALLY think Cheney's gonna be on the ticket, do you?)

and run that Connecticut Confederate out of town.

15. Show a tad more
fire and agression. I like the guy, I like his positions, I like his chances in the general. But he needs to make me want to go out and campaign for him.

16. I am against any candidate dropping out before any votes are cast!
I think that if Edwards loses in SC he might drop out, but not before then!

18. So what are you afraid of? Looks like you're afraid of Edwards
This is a completely anti-Edwards poll and I assume that it is from a supporter of a candidate who is afraid of Edwards. There is no candidate in this race who wants to get in a one-on-one with Edwards, including especially Bush. Dean gets clobbered. Clark gets clobbered. So if you are posting a poll like this, with this ridiculous options, you just hope he is not in the race.
Even though his wife checks out DU, I am pretty sure that he is not making decisions based on nonsense like this.
He has said he is in. He is in.

19. well said, DemDogs.
And this one-sided "polling" is hardly contributing to the civil atmosphere that we are trying to re-establish.

20. Excellent points, my friend.
Also, I imagine the members of DU are not representative of the democratic party as a whole. We have greens and people who are from other countries expressing their opinions...which is great, but I don't think any candidate should take this to heart.
